Camila Nebbia is a saxophone player, composer, improviser, visual artist, curator, and educator from Buenos Aires, Argentina, debasing hierarchical systems by exploring migrational counterpoints through multiple, but minimally separated, mediums. She layers her practice through the creation and destruction of archival memory. Camila has released music as a band leader and solo performer. Her latest releases were “Una ofrenda a la ausencia” (Relative Pitch Records 2023) and “La permanencia de los ecos”(577 Records 2023). She is the co-creator and curator of the interdisciplinary collective and music series “La Jaula se ha vuelto pájaro y se ha volado”, “Guillotina Fest” and “A door in the mountain” concert series. Camila also runs the independent label “Disfigured Rivers” in Berlin.
