Camile Juárez is a Maya K’iche’ photographer and researcher. She is dedicated to study the intersections between feminisms, art and social advocacy. Her main studies took place at the National School of Plastic Arts of Guatemala and later continued with a Diploma in Photography and Project Management at Fototeca Guatemala and at Creatorio Artístico Pedagógico CAP. She is currently a student of Anthropology and Sociology at the Universidad del Valle. Her artistic work has been presented in different group exhibitions and she has been invited to participate in various forums at a local and international level.
